Yard Work We Do
Most of our week is regular work: mowing, edging, fresh mulch, new beds and fixing sprinkler zones that spray the driveway instead of the grass. We also lay sod, build patios and walkways, and design planting plans that hold up to our heat. On the bigger end, we trim and remove trees and palms, grind stumps, dig out bamboo and clear overgrown lots. Pick a service below to see how that job runs.

Lawn Care
Regular mowing, edging, feeding and pest checks for St. Augustine, Zoysia and Bahia lawns, with honest notes on what your grass needs.

Landscape Design
We draw a yard plan with plants matched to your sun and soil, plus a line-item estimate, so you know what you are building before work starts.

Mulch and Beds
We clear weeds, cut clean edges and lay mulch at a depth that holds moisture without smothering roots or crowding your foundation.

Irrigation
Zone-by-zone sprinkler testing, leak and valve repair, controller setup and new systems, with photos of any storm or root damage we find.

Seasonal Cleanup
Leaf drop, overgrown beds, storm debris and dead plants cleared and hauled off, with photos taken first if there is damage you may claim.

Sod Installation
We strip worn-out turf, fix the grade, and lay fresh St. Augustine, Zoysia or Bahia sod with tight seams and a clear watering plan.

Hardscape Installation
Patios, walkways, driveways and low retaining walls built on a properly compacted base, plus help documenting storm damage to existing pavers.

Tree Trimming and Removal
Pruning, crown thinning and full removals done with ropes and care, plus clear photos and a written estimate if storm damage turns into an insurance claim.

Palm Tree Pruning and Removal
We trim dead fronds and seed pods without over-cutting, take down palms that are rotting or storm-damaged, and photograph damage so you can show your insurer.

Stump Grinding
We grind old and storm-downed stumps below the grass line, handle the chips and backfill, and write up the job so it's ready for your insurer.

Bamboo Removal
We cut, dig and haul out running or clumping bamboo, rhizomes included, and leave the ground ready for lawn or beds.

Property Cleanup
One big cleanup for storm debris, overgrown brush and junk piles, hauled off, with photos taken first if you plan to file a claim.

The People Who Do the Work
We are a landscaping company working in Winter Springs and the towns around it. Our days are spent in yards: cutting grass, setting pavers, fixing sprinkler heads and cutting up limbs after a summer storm.
We started paying close attention to insurance paperwork because neighbors kept asking us for it. After a big blow, people want their yard cleaned up, but they also need proof of what happened. So we take photos before we cut anything, write down what we see and keep it simple. We do not promise what a claim will pay. We just make sure you have good records and know what to ask.

Why Homeowners Call Us
We keep things simple. You get a straight answer, a written estimate and a crew that cleans up before it leaves.
- 01
Covered while we work
Our company is business licensed and fully insured. If something goes wrong on your property during a job, you are not the one left holding it.
- 02
A family business on site
We are family-owned, so the people who quote your job care how it turns out. You talk to someone who has walked your yard, not a call center.
- 03
Help with storm claims
After wind or a fallen tree, we take dated photos, measure what is down and note what was damaged. We explain how the claim process usually goes. We are not your adjuster and we will not tell you what your policy pays, but we will give you clear paperwork to work with.
- 04
Written estimates, line by line
Every estimate lists the work, the materials and the haul-away. If we find something new once we start, like roots wrapped around a sprinkler line, we show you before we do anything extra.
- 05
We leave it clean
We blow off walks and drives, rake up clippings and take the debris with us. Your yard should look better the day we leave, not like a job site.
What Moves the Price
Every yard is different, so we price the job after we walk it. Here is what makes a job cost more or less. None of it is hidden; it all shows up on your written estimate.
Estimates are free and written after we see your property in person. You get one number for the work as described, and nothing extra happens without your okay.
- Size of the area
- More square feet of sod, mulch or pavers means more material and more hours. A small front bed and a full backyard redo are very different jobs.
- Access to the work
- A wide side gate lets us bring in a skid steer or stump grinder. A tight fence line or a backyard pool means more hand work and more time.
- What is under the surface
- Old roots, buried rock, dead sprinkler lines and sandy soil that needs amending all add steps. We check what we can on the walkthrough and tell you what we cannot see yet.
- Material choices
- Pine straw costs less than rubber mulch. St. Augustine sod and Bahia are priced differently. Concrete pavers, travertine and natural stone each land at different points.
- Tree size and position
- A tall oak leaning over your roof takes more rigging and care than a small tree in an open yard. Palms near power lines or the house also take more setup.
- Debris and haul-away
- Storm cleanup and bamboo removal can fill several trailer loads. The amount we haul off is a real part of the cost, so we list it on its own line.
How a Job Runs
From the first call to the last rake pass, here is what to expect.
- 1
You call and we set a time
Tell us what is going on, from a patchy lawn to a tree on the fence. We set a time to come out and walk the property with you.
- 2
We walk the yard together
We look at the problem, check drainage, sprinklers and access, and answer your questions on the spot. If storm damage is involved, we take photos and measurements while we are there.
- 3
You get a written estimate
We send a line-item estimate that lists labor, materials and haul-away. If you are filing a claim, the estimate and photos give you something clear to share with your insurer.
- 4
We do the work and clean up
The crew shows up on the day we set, protects your beds and walks, and gets to work. Before we leave, we clean up, walk the job with you and make sure you are happy with it.
Questions We Hear Most
Can you help me with my insurance claim after a storm?
Yes, in a practical way. We take dated photos of the damage, measure fallen trees and debris, and put the cleanup work in a written estimate you can send to your insurer. We are not adjusters and cannot tell you what your policy covers. We can explain how these claims usually go and what records adjusters tend to ask for.
Should I wait for the adjuster before you clean up?
That depends on your policy and how urgent things are. If a tree is blocking your driveway or resting on the house, ask your insurer what they want first. We can photograph everything before we touch it, so the record is there either way.
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes. We come out, walk your yard with you and give you a free estimate. There is no charge for that visit and no pressure to sign anything.
Can I pay for a bigger project over time?
Yes. You can finance as much as $100,000 and pick a term anywhere from 2 to 12 years. If you want to pay it off early, there is no penalty for doing so. People use it for jobs like a full landscape redesign, a new patio or a large storm cleanup, so bring it up during the walkthrough.
What should I have ready for the walkthrough?
Not much. It helps to know where your sprinkler controller is and to unlock any side gates so we can see the whole yard. If you are dealing with storm damage, have your claim number handy if you already have one, and leave the debris where it fell until we photograph it.
Do you haul away the debris?
Yes. Limbs, stumps, old sod, bamboo and yard waste leave with us. Haul-away is listed on your estimate so you know exactly what it covers.
When is the best time to lay new sod?
In our area, sod roots in best during the warm, rainy months when it gets steady water. It can go down most of the year if the irrigation is working right. We check your sprinkler coverage before we lay sod so the new grass does not dry out in the first few weeks.
Let Us Take a Look at Your Yard
Routine upkeep or a mess left by a storm, the first step is the same. We come out, walk the property with you and give you a written estimate you can keep.
